Welcome to Lauren Barrett Yoga

General information

Please arrive 5 minutes early each week to ensure the class can start on time.
Please ensure your phone is turned off or on silent for the class (including smart watches).
Please wear comfortable and/or loose fitting clothing. Layers are good as we will warm up and cool down during different stages of the class.
Health questionnaire - please complete before your first class if you have not practised with me before

Classes at Serenity Barn

ADDRESS: 4 Bascote Rd, Southam, CV47 2EZ
IMPORTANT PARKING INFO: Please park on the white gravel drive or alternatively on the roadside near the barn but not too close to the driveway (or beyond the apple tree as a rough guide). Please do not park on the grass verge in front of Bascote House.
EQUIPMENT: Mats and all other equipment provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have them

Classes at Bank Basement

ADDRESS: The Basement Snug, Bank Gallery, 13 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY (opposite Alexa Lauren Patisserie).
IMPORTANT ACCESS DETAILS: Please note the studio cannot be seen from High Street. Head to the right of Alex Selby Fitness, where you’ll find some black gates. Go through these gates and follow the path round to the left, where you’ll find steps down to the studio
PARKING: We suggest parking in the Abbey Fields car park which is just a couple of minutes’ walk away (this has free parking for 2 hours but you need to get a ticket from the machine). You can also park on High Street if there is space.
EQUIPMENT: Mats and all other equipment provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have them.
