Service Description
Perfect for complete beginners, as well as those looking to return to practice after a break. This course will help give you a taste of what yoga is all about in a friendly and relaxed environment. Held in a small group setting with a maximum of eight students, we will cover the basics of yoga, including sun salutations, yoga postures, breathwork and relaxation. No previous experience required. However, please note you should be able to get on and off the floor easily. REFUNDS AND MISSED CLASSES * There is a 7 day cancellation policy for all bookings. You will be required to pay in full unless we receive an email 7 days before, stating cancellation. * Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, swap or carry over missed classes to the next term (for any reason). This is to ensure studio hire costs are covered and to make the classes financially viable.
